Firm Profile

History

Tom began practicing law in December 1988 after graduating from law school and passing the Massachusetts Bar that same year. For the next two and a half years he practiced at Murphy & Beane and Arthur Levine & Associates, two Boston “insurance defense” firms that represented policyholders of insurance companies in various types of personal injury claims.

After then taking and passing the Florida Bar in 1990, Tom and his wife relocated to Florida where, over the next nine years, Tom worked at two other insurance defense firms in West Palm Beach – Gaunt, Pratt, Radford & Methe from 1990 – 1995 and Rigell Leal & Ring from 1995 – 1999.

In October 1999, having learned civil litigation from an insurance company’s perspective, Tom started his own firm representing persons and businesses wronged by the intentional or negligent actions of others. Since opening his office, Tom has not represented an insurance company in any matter.
